This place is beautiful and immaculately clean! It was in a secluded neighborhood not too far from the beach. I loved the extra amenities they provided. All throughout the house were special touches to make our stay sweeter. The house provided tons of space. I rented the house for a work trip. 3 people with their own bed and bath. It was perfect.

Great location! If you want to be close to shopping and like the flexibility to explore both Destin, Topsail State Park, Grayton Beach and other towns that dot 30A, look no further. Hosts are super responsive to inquiries!

Val & Rodney truly thought of everything in this home! Fully stocked kitchen, bathroom drawers full of travel essentials, and a garage equipped for a day at the beach(including bikes).
Their communication was absolutely amazing and the check in and check out process was so easy!!
I would highly recommend staying at this home.

The house was great. Very clean, very well stocked with lots of extras like kitchen items, bath items, beach items, bicycles. The only other comment is the access to the ocean beach is by car at a public access although the access to the Gulf Island National Seashore is well done.

Val & Rodney’s place was an amazing place. It was very clean & spacious for a family of 6. The location of the house was just a short distance from the beach & the stores!! I would definitely book again, the house & hosts were both amazing!! Definitely recommend to stay. 🤩

Enjoyed being close to the beach but having the privacy of a town home and not in a cramped condo. Hosts were friendly and proactive at responding if we had questions or needed assistance. Will definitely come stay here again for our yearly beach trip!

By far, Val and Rodney’s AirBNB was the best-stocked AirBNB that I have been to! Everything as described. 1.8 miles from my favorite beach at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park! Will definitely return!

We had a fantastic stay at Val & Rodney’s place in Destin! The home is absolutely beautiful—tastefully decorated, spotless, and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a beach getaway. The location is prime, just minutes from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. One of the highlights was the incredibly comfortable mattress—we slept like babies! Val & Rodney were excellent hosts, very responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the area!
